2008-12-28 - Don't try this if you have scoliosis!
I have benefited from yoga at various times in my life to reduce stress and stay in good physical health, so I was eager to try Brain Wave Vibration. Ilchi Lee encourages head shaking and general body vibrations, combined with the power of positive thinking, to improve your state of health. I initially felt really good, until in the middle of the night, the right side of my back tightened up so much that it was painful to roll over in bed. This morning, my mobility was severely limited. Apparently, I had kinked my back to the point that I was incapacitated for several hours. I had to go back to bed, and use more traditional yoga techniques to work out the kink. I now have residual pain. While it's possible that Brain Wave Vibration may work for some people, DO NOT TRY THIS if you have scoliosis (curvature of the spine.) You may want to stick to more traditional yoga instead.

2008-11-15 - too creative for words.
While I was reading this book, I realized that I knew something about my mind but I did not know how to put in action. This is such an easy reading and understanding book for everyone who wants to create a new positive aspect in the life , The first part is like a light lecture for finding trueself and second part is a good explanation for practice, It means, theory and practice can not be combine perfectly in real life without this book .I do practice three or two times in a week to figure out what changes in my mind and soul and body . I think , I need a real harmony starting in my inner body and then I can give my positive energy to the universe:)
2008-11-07 - Takes a new approach to the concept of a miracle
It may be an iconoclastic point of view, but miracles do not have to be the sole domain of God. "Brain Wave Vibration: Getting Back into the Rhythm of a Happy, Healthy Life" by Ilchi Lee takes a new approach to the concept of a miracle. Everyone has a state that they yearn for, and when life takes its downward spirals and tragedies, they fall further from that ideal state. Lee suggests a miracle is retaining that desired state, be it physical or mental. With suggestions on pushing one's state of healing, coping with life's stress, and more, "Brain Wave Vibration" is what many people need to get their healing process going, no matter the injury.
2008-09-16 - Getting back into the Rhythm of life
I found this book to be a good read, and the training it suggest fairly useful for dealing with my day to day stressors. The training is pretty simple, from a sitting, standing or lying posture gentle shake your head, arms and legs, if mobility is limited someone else can help you with this.
Take a few minutes with this vibration and then stop and really listen, really feel what's going on and what your body is trying to tell you. Chances are you've been doing something your body wasn't too happy about and this is a good chance to find out what and give you the option of changing it.
I'd recommend this book to anyone wanting to have a better mind/body connection.
