2008-10-24 - OK but not what I wanted

The cookbook was not the one I really wanted. I found out that I wanted the "quick and easy" recipes. This one is more involved than I wanted.

I bought this book book to follow up with the SouthBeach Diet Book. This cook book added such a great variety to our meals. Very useful tool when going on this diet. Helps w/ having variety to eat while in phase 1, 2 and 3. Very timely delivery.


2008-07-25 - Now that's what I like - diet recipes that are also tasty!

The recipe book and its companion paperback guide make it easy to sort out where all the "sugar" and "fats" are hidden in the prepared foods at the grocery store so you can make healthy decisions according to your own needs. The recipes are good - some a bit too fancy for our tastes - but all can me modified with the foods and spices on the lists that you like. We've also found several new favorites!


2008-06-01 - Good, Healthy Recipes

This recipe book has some good recipes. I especially like the sausage and cheese breakfast cups. Some of the other recipes are rather complicated, with ingredients that may be hard to find. I have had better luck with "South Beach", than anything else.
